Warranty Agreement

This warranty agreement defines the terms of service and support for SEPLOS products and applies to the following battery models: PUSUNG-S, SUTEN-W, PUSUNG-R, MASON-280, MASON-230, POLO-S, POLO-R, POLO-L, POLO-W, POLO-W-mini. The warranty is provided exclusively to individuals who purchased the product for personal use and put it into operation for the first time (the original purchaser).

1. Warranty Period

1.1 Full Warranty – First 5 Years
SEPLOS guarantees that the product will be free from material and manufacturing defects for the first 5 years from the warranty start date. Batteries will retain at least 80% of their initial capacity under normal use and adherence to instructions.

1.2 Limited Warranty – Next 5 Years
During years 6–10 of the warranty period, SEPLOS will provide free spare parts. The buyer covers transportation, servicing, and any associated costs.

2. Start of Warranty
The warranty period starts 3 months after the date indicated on the invoice issued by the seller to the end customer.

3. Warranty Conditions
The warranty applies to all key components of the device, including the BMS, fuses, display, and other parts, provided the operating rules described in the documentation are followed.

4. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Incorrect installation or use: The device was installed, operated, or repaired not according to the manual.
  • Mechanical damage: The product was subjected to severe impact or other physical influences.
  • Extreme temperatures: Use at temperatures above +50°C or below -10°C.
  • Delayed reporting: The buyer did not report the damage within 30 days of its occurrence.
  • Long-term non-use: The product was not used for more than 6 months.
  • Unauthorized intervention: Changes or repairs were performed without SEPLOS's consent or an authorized service partner.
  • Force majeure: Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.), war, or other emergencies.
  • Transport damage: Damage during transportation.
  • Other conditions:
    • Use with unauthorized inverters.
    • Damage or removal of the serial number.
    • Wear, scratches, or other defects that affect functionality.
    • Use in parallel or series connections with equipment from other brands.

5. Post-Warranty Service
After the warranty period ends, SEPLOS may provide paid servicing of the product. All costs for spare parts, labor, and transportation are covered by the buyer.

6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding the product's status, a third party will conduct an independent examination. Organizations such as TUV Rheinland, Intertek, UL, CQC, or CGC are acceptable.

  • If the examination results confirm SEPLOS's position, the buyer covers the testing costs.
  • The warranty cannot be revoked after notification of a third party's involvement.

7. Limitation of Liability
SEPLOS is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages, including loss of profit, reputation damage, or other financial losses.
  • Any costs not stipulated in this warranty agreement.
